GENERAL ORDER NO. 2008-03
IN RE: MANDATORY ELECTRONIC CASE FILING AND NOTICING
Pursuant to Joint General Order 05~03 , and the Court having been sufficiently advised,
Effective May 1, 2008, and unless otherwise exempt from electronic filing, an attorney
who is not registered as an ECF filer and has an ECF case pending before the Court shall become
an ECF registered filer with this Court for the purpose of electronic filing and noticing or move
to withdraw as counsel in the case.
The Chief Judge of this Court will enter such orders as may be appropriate to ensure
compliance with Court's mandatory filing and noticing requirements. Failure to comply may
result in the issuance of a show cause order or an order to terminate the attorney's right to
practice before this Court.
