To date, thirteen cases have been filed in this district against Ensite USA, Inc., each of
which alleges violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act and Kentucky Wage and Hour laws. Due
to the existence of common questions of both law and fact in each case, this Court concludes that
the interests of justice will be served by one judge presiding over these related cases, as well as all
similarly related cases which may later be filed.
NOW THEREFORE, the Court on its own motion, and pursuant to LR 40.1(b), HEREBY
ORDERS as follows:
1. Each of the cases set forth in Attachment A is reassigned to Judge Benjamin J.
Beaton. The Clerk of Court shall cause a copy of this Order to be filed in the docket of each case.
2. The Clerk of Court is additionally directed to assign any related case filed
subsequent to this Order directly to Judge Beaton.
