Pursuant to Article IV of the Bylaws to the Western Kentucky Federal Community
Defender, Inc., and by a majority vote of all the judges of the U.S. District Court for the Western
District of Kentucky,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. Katherine Crosby is APPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year term,
commencing May 16, 2023 and terminating on September 21, 2026.
2. Michael Oyler is APPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year term,
commencing May 16, 2023 and terminating on September 21, 2026.
Said appointments shall serve to replace Kyle Bumgarner and Bryce Caldwell as
directors.
