RE: APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS TO THE WESTERN KENTUCKY FEDERAL
COMMUNITY DEFENDER, INC., BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Pursuant to Article IV of the Bylaws to the Western Kentucky Federal Community Defender,
Inc., and by a majority vote of all the judges of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of
Kentucky,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. Jack Jeziorski is REAPPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year term,
commencing September 21, 2013. He is to keep his appointment as Vice-President.
2. Geneva Parris is REAPPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year term,
commencing September 21, 2013, and she is to keep her appointment as Secretary/Treasurer.
