Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1864(a), IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall draw at
random from the master jury wheel the names of as many persons as may be required for jury
service.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall deliver to every person whose name is
drawn, a juror qualification questionnaire accompanied by instructions to complete and return the
questionnaire by mail or through the court internet website within ten (10) days.
