REBECCA GRADY JENNINGS
WHEREAS, the Court having determined that in the interests of judicial economy and in
order to equalize the dockets of the judges in this District it is necessary to reassign cases from the
civil docket of Judge Rebecca Grady Jennings,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the list of cases annexed hereto as Exhibit A shall be
reassigned to Chief Judge Greg N. Stivers.
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that all magistrate judge assignments on any of
the listed cases will rematn as previously ordered. All cases so reassigned shall henceforth carry
the suffix initials of Chief Judge Greg N. Stivers.
