RE: SOCIAL SECURITY CASE REFERRALS TO MAGISTRATE JUDGES
Effective August 17,2010, all Social Security cases shall be referred to the Magistrate Judges for
consent, where agreed, or where no agreement then they shall be referred for all pretrial,non
dispositive matters and for findings of fact, conclusions and recommendations for disposition as
follows:
Louisville Social SecuritY Cases
Magistrate Judge James M. Moyer = 50%
Magistrate Judge Dave Whalin = 50%
Bowlin& Green Social Security Cases
Magistrate Judge David King = 100%
Paducah Social Security Cases
Magistrate Judge David King = 100%
Owensboro Social Security Cases
Magistrate Judge E. Robert Goebel = 100%
