In light of the judges’ relative pending caseloads, and in anticipation of adjustments to the
Court’s case assignment system, the Court has determined that it is in the interests of justice to
reassign cases as described herein.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
(1) The list of cases annexed hereto as Exhibit A shall be reassigned from Chief Judge
