GENERAL ORDER NO. 2020-18
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk draw the names of one hundred (130) persons,
having the qualifications prescribed by law, to serve as grand jurors in the Louisville division,
beginning December 1, 2020, for a term of eighteen (18) months, unless extended by the Court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk draw the names of one hundred (100)
persons, having the qualifications prescribed by law, to serve as grand jurors in the Paducah
division, beginning October 20, 2020, and one hundred (100) persons, having the qualifications
prescribed by law, to serve as grand jurors in the Bowling Green division, beginning December 9,
2020, both for a term of eighteen (18) months, unless extended by the Court.
The Clerk shall cause each of these persons to be served with a summons by regular mail,
unless the Court directs otherwise, to appear in the United States District Court for the Western
District of Kentucky.
