UNITED STATES COURTHOUSE
WHEREAS, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has notified the Court of its
intention to close the Gene Snyder United States Courthouse to the public during the week of
September 21, 2020,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that that the Gene Snyder United States Courthouse shall be
closed to the public from September 21, 2020 through September 25, 2020. All matters scheduled for
in-court appearances during this time period shall be continued or converted to videoconference
proceedings, at the discretion of the presiding judge and consistent with Sections 15002(b)(1) and
15002(b)(2) of the CARES Act.
