In accordance with the Court’s Administrative Policies and Procedures
governing electronic case filing with regard to sealed documents, IT IS ORDERED
the Clerk is directed to require counsel to accompany the filing of a sealed
document or a document filed in a sealed case with a CD-ROM containing the
sealed document in PDF format.
