STANDING ORDER
Due to the CJA funding lapse that began in FY 2025 and funding uncertainties that
continue into FY 2026, the court hereby suspends the four months/$4,000 thresholds for the
submission of interim CJA vouchers listed in Standing Order 14-3, Interim CJA Vouchers. CJA
vouchers may be submitted as necessary for the remainder of FY 2026.
This order shall remain in effect until September 30, 2026.
