Unless otherwise ordered by the court, the clerk’s office is directed to maintain an
electronic copy of all documents submitted by restricted filers. The copy will be maintained in
the case in which the documents were submitted but will not appear on the public docket sheet
and will not be considered part of the case file or court record. The docket entry will be visible
only to court staff and staff of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
This order shall remain in effect until further order of the Court.
