IN RE: District of Kansas Cybercrime Policy: Computer and Internet Management Program
STANDING ORDER NO. 24-02
It is the Order of the Court that the Cybercrime Policy: Computer & Internet
Management Program, as approved by the Judges of the District of Kansas on October 11, 2024,
at the Fall 2024 Judges' Meeting, is hereby adopted as policy to be used by the Probation Office
for the supervision of defendants subject to pretrial release, probation, or supervised release
conditions imposed by the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. The Computer &
Internet Management Participant Agreement shall be posted on the District of Kansas internet
website.
This order supersedes the Administrative Order dated October 24, 2019, signed by the
Honorable Julie A. Robinson.
This order shall remain in effect until further order of the Court.
