The business of the Bankruptcy Court shall be divided among the bankruptcy judges as
provided in the supplemental Local Rules adopted by the Bankruptcy Court in accordance with D.
Kan. Rule 83.8.12 subject to disapproval by the chief judge of the district. A particular Title 11
case may be reassigned in whole or in part in the same manner.
