The seal of this court is an American eagle, with outspread wings, occupying a circular
field beneath thirteen stars arranged in a semicircle, holding in its left talon four arrows and in its
right talon a fruited olive branch. The circular field is bordered by the words “United States
District Court, District of Kansas.”
