GENERAL ORDER
The United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern District of Indiana, the
Courts' Clerk's Offices, and the United States Probation Office for the Southern District of Indiana
will be closed on Friday, July 2, 2021 in observance of Juneteenth National Independence Day.
For purposes of time computation pursuant to Rule 6 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and
any other applicable Federal Rules governing the computation of time for filing with the Clerk of
the District Court or Bankruptcy Court, the Clerk's Office will be deemed "inaccessible" on July
2, 2021.
