Conduct Jury Trials
As allowed by 28 U.S.C. § 157(e), bankruptcy judges may, with the express
consent of all parties, conduct jury trials in cases for which the law provides a right
to a jury trial. Bankruptcy judges conducting jury trials under this rule may use the
court's pool of prospective jurors.
