(a) Avoiding Conflicts. Attorneys must try in good faith to schedule depositions to avoid
calendar conflicts.
(b) Notice. Attorneys must schedule depositions with at least 14-days’ notice, unless
opposing counsel agrees to shorter notice or the court orders otherwise.
