ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
To allow staff to attend a district-wide meeting, the United States District Court
for the Southern District of Illinois will be closed Thursday, September 17, 2026, and
Friday, September 18, 2026. The public will continue to have access to and use of the
Next Generation Case Management/Electronic Case Filing system (NextGen
CM/ECF), or individuals may use drop boxes located in both courthouse lobbies. In
the event of an emergency, please call 618-482-9106 and leave a message.
