ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
In accordance with the Federal Magistrates Act, 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l)(A), the
undersigned designates United States Magistrate Judge Gilbert C. Sison to select and
empanel the East St. Louis Grand Jury on Thursday, July 16, 2026, and thereafter until the
Grand Jury is fully empaneled. See United States v. Diaz, 922 F. 2d 998 (2d Cir.1990), cert.
denied, 500 U.S. 925 (1991).
IT IS SO ORDERED.
