DONALD G. WILKERSON
ORDER APPOINTING MERIT RETENTION PANEL
Pursuant to Title 28 , Section 63l(b)(5). and the pertinent regulations promulgated
by the Judicial Conference of the United States, the individuals whose names appear on
the attached list are appointed as members of the Merit Retention Panel for the purpose
of examining the retention of United States Magistrate Judge Donald G. Wilkerson. The
Panel will review and consider comments received from members of the bar and the
public, as well as any other pertinent evidence as to United States Magistrate Judge
Wilkerson's good character, judgment, legal ability, temperament, and commitment to
equal justice under the law. The Panel will report the results of its activities to the Court
by August 2, 2012, specifying the opinion of the Panel as to whether United States
Magistrate Judge Wilkerson should be retained. The Merit Retention Panel will meet at
such times and places as determined by the chairperson.
