FIRST AMENDED ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Administrative Order No. 362, dated October 30, 2023, provides uniform
procedures for the efficient adjudication of motions for a sentence reduction
pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2) under Amendment 821 of the United States
Sentencing Guidelines.
Because this Court does not anticipate receiving many more motions
disputing Amendment 821, Administrative Order No. 362 is VACATED. Following
the entry of this Order, the presiding judge shall enter briefing orders in each case
as new motions are filed.
