ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
In accordance with the Federal Magistrates Act, 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(A), the
undersigned designates United States Magistrate Judge Reona J. Daly to select and
empanel the Benton Grand Jury on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, and thereafter until the
Grand Jury is fully empaneled. See United States v. Diaz, 922 F. 2d 998 (2d Cir. 1990), cert.
denied, 500 U.S. 925 (1991).
IT IS SO ORDERED.
