REASSIGNMENT OF CASES Administrative Order No. 163
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
In light of the appointment of Staci M. Yandle as United States District Judge, the civil
cases on the attached list will be reassigned from Chief Judge David R. Herndon, Judge
Michael J. Reagan, Judge Nancy J. Rosenstengel, Judge J. Phil Gilbert, Magistrate Judge
Philip Frazier, Magistrate Judge Donald G. Wilkerson, and Magistrate Judge Stephen C.
Williams.
Judge Staci M. Yandle will be paired with Magistrate Judge Philip M. Frazer for all
pending and future prisoner civil rights cases in which Judge Staci M. Yandle is the presiding
judge.
Judge Staci M. Yandle will be entered in the civil, prisoner, Social Security, and
bankruptcy case assignment wheels for an equal share of all cases. Judge Staci M. Yandle will
receive a three to one ratio of Benton criminal cases until her pending caseload reaches that
of Judge J. Phil Gilbert. Once the pending criminal caseload equalizes, Judge Staci M. Yandle
will be entered in the Benton criminal case assignment wheel for an equal share of all Benton
criminal cases.
