Administrative Order No. 301, dated October 8, 2021, is hereby VACATED as
superseded by SDIL-LR Appendix C, Mediation Plan, effective September 22, 2025. 1

1 Upon review of the Court’s Administrative Orders, the Court has entered two orders identified as
Administrative Order 301. The first was entered on September 16, 2021, and provided a PACER fee
exemption for C. Dougal. The exemption expired on August 31, 2022. As indicated above, this Court also
entered a second order identified as Administrative Order 301 on October 8, 2021, setting forth the Court’s
Mediation Plan. This order VACATES both Administrative Orders 301, as the exemption has expired in
the first order entered on September 16, 2021, and the substance of the second order entered on October 8,
2021, will become part of the Court’s Local Rules on September 22, 2025. The Clerk of Court is ORDERED
to VACATE both Administrative Orders 301.
