ORDER
REAGAN, Chief Judge:
Upon request of the United States of America, by and through its attorney, Stephen R.
Wigginton, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, and this Court being fully
advised, this Court ORDERS that the attached Forfeiture of Collateral Schedule for the United
States Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service, be SUBSTITUTED in
place and in lieu of the Schedule found as Attachment 5 to Special Order No.2, filed January 1,
1985. This Court further ORDERS that the attached Forfeiture of Collateral Schedule will
become effective immediately.

(The term "dangerous weapon" means a weapon,
device, instrument, material, or substance, animate
or inanimate, that is used for, or is readily capable
of, causing death or serious bodily injury, except
that such term does not include a pocket knife with a
blade of less than 2 112 inches in length).
