ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
The Court, vested with authority pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2071 to make and amend
local rules, proposed amendments to its Local Rules and Appendices in consultation with
its Local Rules Committee. The proposed amendments were submitted and posted for
public comment, and all comments were received and considered. The final approved
revised Local Rules and Appendices were then sent to the Seventh Circuit Judicial
Council for review and approval. The Judicial Council approved the revised Local Rules
and Appendices on August 21, 2025.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the revised Local Rules and Appendices will be
effective beginning September 22, 2025, and will supersede all previous Local Rules and
Appendices.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
