ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
To ensure the Court’s docket is handled efficiently and expeditiously and as part
of the district’s ongoing effort to equalize the distribution of cases, in accordance with
28 U.S.C. § 137, effective August 20, 2025, the civil cases listed in Attachment A shall be
reassigned to Senior United States District Judge J. Phil Gilbert. All existing deadlines in
these cases remain in effect. This order in no way changes or amends the case assignment
process for new cases set forth in Administrative Order 408.
