All documents must be electronically filed. If the document exceeds 35.0 MB, then it must
be divided into segments, with the first segment being the main document and all
subsequent segments as attachments to the main document. Each segment should not
exceed 35.0 MB.
Service shall comport with Electronic Case Filing Rule 9.
