Immediately upon the entry of an Order, judgment, minute entry, or notice in an action
assigned to the ECF system, the clerk will transmit to Filing Users in the case, in electronic
form, a “Notice of Electronic Filing.” Electronic transmission of the “Notice of Electronic
Filing” constitutes the notice required by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 77(d) and
Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 49(c).
