REVISED STANDING ORDER CDIL-9 )
ORDER
The Court revised Standing Order CDIL-9 “Order Regarding Deposit, Investment, and
Disbursement of Registry Funds” to incorporate language requiring counsel to submit a proposed
order to the Financial Administrator prior to e-filing any Motion to Deposit. Also, effective
April 1, 2017, the Court Registry Investment System Disputed Ownership Fund solution became
available to the courts for investment of disputed ownership funds.
The judges of this Court hereby adopt these procedures effective with this order.
