ORDER
The Court, being advised that the term of office of the Honorable Byron G. Cudmore,
United States Magistrate Judge, will expire on August 31, 2013, and desiring to consider his
reappointment for another term of eight (8) years,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED the following panel of citizens is established,
in accordance with the Regulations of the Judicial Conference of the United States to make
recommendations to the Court concerning whether Magistrate Judge Cudmore should be
reappointed. A report of the Merit Selection Panel shall be submitted to the Court by July 3,
2013.
