while on any property under the charge and control of the Department of Veterans
Affairs is subject to a fine,-or alternatively in lieu of appearance (forfeiture of collateral)
a person receiving a citation for any of the following offenses may pay a fixed sum in the
following schedule that is hereby approved by this COUli. Violations of the following
offenses may also subject an offender to a term of imprisonment of not more than six
months as determined by a United States-Magistrate Judge or a United States District
Judge of the United States District Court fo the Central District ofIliinois.
