ORDER ADOPTING LOCAL RULES
The Local Rules for the Central District of IL, adopted on January 20, 2010,
were adopted on an emergency basis and subject to a period for public comment through
February 19, 2010. The judges of this court, hereby adopt these Local Rules dated January
20, 2010, in their entirety, with revisions being made to Civil Local Rules 5.8, 5.11, 7.1, and
11.4, and Criminal Local Rules 49.7, 49.10 and 49.12.
