LOCAL RULE CHANGES )
ORDER
The court approved the elimination of Local Rules of Civil Procedure 5.3(D), 67.2, and Local
Rules of Criminal Procedure 49.3(D). Local rules 5.3(D) and 49.3(D) were eliminated to be
consistent with changes in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 6(d) and Federal Rules of
Criminal Procedure 45(c) effective December 1, 2016. Local rule 67.2 was eliminated due to the
adoption of standing order CDIL-9. The judges of this court hereby adopt these changes
effective with this order.
