LOCAL RULE CHANGES )
ORDER
The court approved the addition of Local Rule of Criminal Procedure 16.2 - RULE FOR USE
OF PRETRIAL DISCOVERY MATERIALS IN CRIMINAL CASES. The proposal was sent to
the Local Rules Advisory Committee and posted for public comment for a period of not less than
thirty (30) days. One comment was received by a member of the Advisory Committee. The
proposed addition and comment were sent to the Circuit Executive for review and approval by
the Circuit Judicial Council. The judges of this court hereby adopt these changes effective with
this order.
