ORDER
Pursuant to Rule 9029 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, the District Court
hereby authorizes the Bankruptcy Judges of this District, subject to the requirements of Rule 83
of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, to make and amend local rules of practice and procedure
which are consistent with—but not duplicative of—Acts of Congress and the Federal Rules of
Bankruptcy Procedure and which do not prohibit or limit the use of the Official Forms.
