(A) During court proceedings, all attorneys may stand when speaking, unless
otherwise directed by the presiding judge. All objections and comments thereon
will be addressed to the presiding judge. There will be no oral confrontation
between opposing counsel.
(B) During court proceedings, neither counsel nor parties may leave the courtroom
without prior approval of the presiding judge.
