Proposed Instructions To Jury

(A) All requests for jury instructions not previously tendered must be submitted to the presiding judge at the conclusion of all the evidence with copies submitted to all parties. (B) The instructions read to the jury by the presiding judge will accompany the jury to the jury room when the jury retires for deliberation unless otherwise determined by the presiding judge.
