JURY SELECTION PLAN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
NO. 26-AO-2-P
Pursuant to the Jury Selection and Service Act of 1968, as amended, 28 U.S.C. § 1861 et seq.,
the Southern District of Iowa hereby adopts the Jury Selection Plan dated June 11, 2026, subject to the
approval of the Eighth Circuit Judicial Council and to such rules and regulations as may be adopted from
time to time by the Judicial Conference of the United States. The Jury Plan dated June 11, 2026, replaces
the prior Jury Selection Plan, including any subsequent amendments, in its entirety.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
