CLERK’S RETIREMENT PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
OPEN HOUSE
NOVEMBER 22, 2024 NO. 24-AO-6-P
Approved persons attending the Clerk’s Retirement Open House on November 22,
2024, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. may bring cell phones, cameras, and other portable electronic
devices into the courthouse and its environs for the limited purpose of recording during and
for the ceremonial proceeding. See L.R. 83C (providing for exceptions to the prohibition on
possession and use of cameras, recording devices, radio, television, photography,
communication devices, and computers in courtrooms or their environs). Attendees shall
proceed through normal screening procedures as outlined in Public Administrative Order No.
15-AO-5-P, and may be denied entry if refusal to submit to inspection. Photographs and
recordings are limited to the public spaces and designated areas open for the event. No other
persons may bring electronic devices into the courthouse unless granted express permission by
this Court.
