1. Effective November 1, 2003 Administrative Order 03-A0-0005 is
rescinded. All Central Division criminal cases filed after
November 1, 2003 shall remain Central Division cases but shall be
filed and processed in the Western Division of the Northern
District of Iowa.
2.A copy of this order shall be placed in the Public
Administrative Order Book .
