In accordance with the authority conferred by 28 U.S.C. Section 631, et seq., and
the further authority granted and action taken by the Judicial Conference of the United
States,
IT IS ORDERED that Paul A. Zoss is hereby reappointed to serve as a full-time
Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Iowa at the salary as may from time to time
be fixed by the Judicial Conference of the United States, with official station in Sioux City,
Iowa.
Said Paul A. Zoss shall enter upon the performance of the duties as United States
Magistrate Judge at Sioux City, Iowa on the 27th day of January, 2005, but prior to
commencement of such duties, he shall take the oath or affirmation as prescribed by 28
U.S.C. Sections 453 and 631(g).
Said Paul A. Zoss, as a full-time United States Magistrate Judge, shall hold and
discharge the duties of that office for a term of eight years from the effective date of this
appointment, subject to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. Section 63l(i), unless sooner
