(a) Parties shall provide this Court with a copy of any case or other authority which they cite or rely upon
and which is unavailable in either this Court's library or the Guam Territorial Law Library.
(b) All citations shall be in the form found in A Uniform System of Citation (16th ed.), identifying the
court cited, and enabling both the Court and opposing counsel to locate the cited work.
