Judge to Whom Request Submitted. An attorney seeking a court order in a case already pending

shall submit his request or motion for the order to the Judge to whom the case has been assigned, if the Judge is present in the district. If the Judge is not present, the attorney shall contact the Clerk for instructions as to whom the request or motion shall be submitted.
