The criminal calendars of this Court shall be processed in accordance with
the Speedy Trial Act of 1974, 18 U.S.C. '' 3161-74, and in accordance with the
"Plan for Achieving Prompt Disposition of Criminal Cases" (Appendix C),
CR-21
provided, however, that the Speedy Trial Act shall supersede any conflicting
provisions contained within the "Plan".
