William C. Sussman, Esq. was appointed as a Certified Mediator by the Southern District
of Florida pursuant to Administrative Order 2021-27. The Court has been notified that Mr.
Sussman has passed away. It is therefore
ORDERED that William C. Sussman, Esq. is removed from the Southern District of
Florida’s list of certified mediators.
The Court and the Ad Hoc Advisory Committee on Court-Annexed Mediation
acknowledge Mr. Sussman’s contributions, and express appreciation for his years of dedication
and service to the parties he has served and to the Southern District of Florida.
