Ena T. Diaz, Esq. was appointed as a Certified Mediator by the Southern District of Florida
pursuant to Administrative Order 2012-68. Ms. Diaz has notified the Court that she wishes to
relinquish her duties and be removed from the Southern District of Florida’s approved list of
certified mediators. It is therefore
ORDERED that Ena T. Diaz, Esq. is removed from the Southern District of Florida’s list
of certified mediators.
The Court and the Ad Hoc Advisory Committee on Court-Annexed Mediation
acknowledge Ms. Diaz’s contributions and express appreciation for her years of dedication and
service to the parties she has worked with and to the Southern District of Florida.
