ORDER APPOINTING SAMUEL J. HOROVITZ
AS UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
Under 28 U.S.C. § 631, the Board of Judges appoints Samuel J. Horovitz
as United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida, as
affirmed by the oath of office administered by United States District Judge
Marcia Morales Howard in open court on July 8, 2024. Judge Horovitz will
reside in the Jacksonville Division and will serve for eight years beginning July
8, 2024.
